2. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
  
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  
  

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  
  
• Items bought during clearance or final sale
  
  
• Customized or special-order items
  
  

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), shipping charges will be borne by us.
  
  

For all other returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.
