Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if the item is damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.

Personal preference returns (e.g., wrong size or change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Inspection & Refund

Returned items undergo a quality check upon receipt.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer within the same timeframe.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged items, or size mismatches.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Return Rejections

Returns failing our quality check (e.g., signs of usage or missing packaging) will be rejected.

In such cases, we reserve the right to return the item to the sender, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
